In my 4 years as Graphic Designer for the Foundation of Chinese Dietary Culture, I delivered 18 magazine issues (144 pages each), artwork for 3 international conferences, 4 books on Chinese food and culture and 4 books on Taiwan's specialty restaurants serving large groups. These last four books were prepared and printed in four languages: Traditional Chinese; English; Japanese and Korean.

In my role I reported directly to the Editor In Chief. The Foundation of Chinese Dietary Culture produces a bi-monthly magazine acclaimed as the most reputable food and gourmet magazine for professional chefs and academics in Taiwan.
